Custom Optimization Projects

If you're ready to move past strategy and roadmapping...

This is where ideas & concepts turn into fully fleshed out customer journeys.

Whether you need more leads or sales, it alllllways starts with 1 thing -

The customer.

What are their hopes and dreams?

Their desires?

Do they actually want to make a change in their life

Because even though you know your product can make a difference in their lives, their beliefs can get in the way of that.

Once you get to the core of why they're resisting change, and combine those insights with...

  • A customer acquisition journey that turns a visitor into a lead
  • An email campaign that persuades users to pull out their credit card
  • A landing page that makes the most of your PPC spend'll have more growth than you'll know what to do with.

If we worked on your growth, here's how I would design your project

Aka, the research stage

While most consultants understand the basics of running a survey or interviewing your customers, I'll tailor a plan that fits your needs, timeline, and the work you've already done.

I have a list of 8 different research methods I choose from to influence the deliverable we want to work on - whether it be a landing page, email campaign, or both.

Design Alternatives

Aka, the planning stage

Before I start executing on the deliverable, we always...

  1. Review the raw data

  2. Outline a plan of action

  3. Iterate on it together

Whether it's a set of customer personas, a landing page brief, or a storyboard, this is your chance to share what you've learned talking to your customers and contribute your ideas to the project.

Aka, the mockup stage

We can talk about it, yet you won't really understand until you see it from the user's perspective...

Which typically doesn't come from a text document.

It's why I make a point to wireframe every deliverable we work on, so you can visualize how it will look and feel to a potential customer...

And more importantly, understand how it supplements your existing sales process.

Aka, the testing stage

You may think of evaluation as simply A/B testing or calculating campaign open and click-through rates, but it's more than that.

On any project I work on, I want you to confidently answer the following question...

Did this make an impact on our business?

Our project might be final, but I'll always follow up to see if your needs have changed or anything needs to be tweaked.
